GS FLOW OEM — IN-LINE GRAIN ANALYZER
GS FLOW OEM is an in-line process analysis solution that utilizes GrainSense’s patented technology for precise grain quality analysis.
The GS FLOW OEM system is modular, enabling customers to choose the specific modules they need to optimize their design. At the very least, only the sensor module is necessary, with the control and calculation software directly integrable into the customer's system. To speed up initial integration, GrainSense offers a ready-to-use computing unit module that can be easily connected to the system under development
Solution is based on GrainSense FLOW sensor; the same sensor that is also used in laboratory environment. Comparing to GrainSense laboratory solutions, GS FLOW OEM is utilizing different accessories and provides industrial protocol software interfaces for easy integration — accuracy is the same.
GrainSense solution transforms traditional, bulky Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy equipment into a compact, affordable format, significantly reducing costs compared to conventional equipment.
